EAST BRISBANE

Situated in the leafy suburb of East Brisbane, the alterations and additions to this inner-city workers cottage revealed an exceptional economy and enhanced spatial experience on a small site.

Working sensitively with the older fabric, the new work is “knitted” into the old, creating a closer connection with the back garden.  A large living, area and a dining kitchen space were added to accommodate the growing family.
