Dutton Park

This four-level home in Dutton Park was designed and built to suit a uniquely steep block that slopes down toward the Brisbane River. With a fall of approximately 18 metres across the site, the project required meticulous planning and technical precision.

The steep gradient of the land was the defining feature of the build with the scale of the project on par with a commercial development. The incline not only shaped the design but also required a tailored construction strategy.

Blackline Builders embraced the challenge of the site's complexity to create a multi-level masterpiece that maximises river views while harmonising with the terrain. This project showcases how advanced engineering solutions, precision project management AND experienced execution can overcome the challenges of a complex block.
